Für unseren Kunden aus der Chemiebranche in Großraum Leverkusen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, Sie als FP&A Manager Germany (m/w/x). Bei der Position handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly actual reporting for the Germany site
- Responsible for on time and accurate financial reporting package
- Responsible for P&L analysis of important position and give recommendations
- Running cost analysis and improve pricing model
- Monitor manufacturing plant budget
- Control investment budget
- Develop and manage operations metrics and KPI reporting packages
- Support site management team to develop and monitor roadmap of site construction, including cost process and production ramp-up and facility utilization rate
- Support evaluation and ROI analysis for capital investment
- Ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Completion of BWL study or similar study
- several years of sound related experience in Controlling function, ideally in plant
- Thereof at least 3 years related experience in Bio-tech / Pharma/Chemistry plant preferred
- Performance readiness and enforceability associated with logical analytical thinking
- Very good MS-office especially advanced Excel experience and good SAP CO experience
- Excellent communication skill
- Hand-on mentality as well as independent and structured working
- Work with tight timeline and dynamic environment
- Fluent in German and English in speaking and writing
